Our chums at Clapton Craft were on the hunt for a rich American IPA and chose our sleepy woods to brew it in. We took citra, for it’s unrelenting juicy and pithy tones, and simcoe, because of it’s fiery pine and stone fruit flavours. A generous amount of wheat in the malt bill provides a hefty body, and fermentation on London fog adds it’s own stone fruit esters and rounds off this delicious brew. Unfiltered, unpasteurised & vegan. Brewed in the New Forest.
